Let’s today know about the various scholarship options available for Indians to study in Singapore. Apart from the below mentioned options which are exclusively for students from India there are various scholarships options opened to all International students

A* Star India Youth Scholarship

Offered By
Agency for Science, Technology and Research (Singapore) Ministry of Education, Singapore

Eligibility
Students who meet the following criteria are invited to apply for the scholarship:
1. Nationals of India
2. Born between 1992 and 1994
3. Completed Standard 8 in the Year 2008
4. Possess outstanding academic track record (at least an average of 80% with English as first language in the Standard 8 school examinations
5. Possess a high level of oral and written competency in English

Value of Award
1. Exemption from School and examination fees
2. Annual Allowance of S$2,200 (Secondary Level) and S$2,400(Pre-University Level) with Hostel Accommodation
3. Settling-in allowance of S$400 (once only)
4. Economy class air passage to Singapore and back to home country upon completion of course
